NetAfterClose Privacy Policy

NetAfterClose is owned and operated by Logic Ledgers LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Short version: we collect what we need to run the software for you. We don't sell your data, and we don't share your numbers with your brokerage. We share limited information only with the service providers who help us run NetAfterClose (hosting, database, email, payment processing, AI processing, and feedback forms). If you choose to, you can share your brokerage's terms with other agents as an anonymous range. That's off unless you turn it on.
What we collect
Account information. Your name and email address when you sign up.
The information you enter. Transaction details such as sale prices, closing dates, commission rates, splits, caps, fees, expenses, and property addresses. This is the data NetAfterClose exists to organize.
Brokerage terms you choose to share. If you turn on sharing, we keep a copy of your brokerage's split, CAP, franchise fee and desk fee, and nothing else. Sharing is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off in Settings at any time; turning it off deletes the shared copy.
Commission stubs you photograph or upload. The numbers you confirm are saved. We do not retain the image. See "Commission stub photos" below.
Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly. We receive only what we need for billing — your name, email, the last four digits of your card, and whether the payment succeeded. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the service running and secure.
Anything you send us, like a bug report or feedback.
We do not connect to your bank accounts, and we do not pull data from your brokerage or your MLS.
Commission stub photos
When you photograph or upload a stub, the app reads the numbers off it and shows them to you to check.
- We do not retain the image you upload. Our AI processing provider (Anthropic) may retain submitted content for up to 30 days as part of its standard processing and safety systems.
- Anthropic's own policies govern how it handles that content, including any longer retention they allow, such as for content flagged for breaking its usage rules. Those policies can change; see Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't use this content to train its AI.
- Stubs often show your clients' names. The app doesn't pull names off the stub, and only the deal details you confirm are saved.
How we use it
- To provide NetAfterClose and calculate your results
- To create and secure your account, and to sign you in
- To process subscriptions and send receipts
- To send service messages, such as billing notices, security notices, or changes to the service
- To troubleshoot problems and improve the product
- If you've turned on sharing, to show other agents a range of terms at your brokerage. A brokerage's range appears only once at least 5 agents have shared, never with names, and never your figures on their own. We never share production, income, deals or anything else you enter.
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run NetAfterClose. They may process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — database and authentication (where your account and transaction data is stored)
- Vercel — application hosting
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Resend — transactional email, such as sign-in links and receipts
- Anthropic — reads the commission stubs you photograph, as described above
- Google Forms — receives bug reports and feedback, only if you send them
Other agents, only if you turn on sharing. They see a range of terms at your brokerage, such as "CAP $14,000–$18,500 (9 agents)", once at least 5 agents there have shared. The ends of each range are rounded, so they're never one agent's exact figure. Nobody sees your name, your figures on their own, or anything else in your account.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
Your brokerage does not have access to your NetAfterClose account, and we don't report your data to them.
Security
We use industry-standard security controls — including encrypted connections, access restrictions, and authentication — to protect your account data.
No online service can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise. Use a strong, unique login, and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active.
If you cancel, your data stays available for 30 days so you can return or export it. After that it may be deleted.
We delete your data within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we're required by law to retain certain records (e.g., billing or tax records).
We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- See and edit your information in the app at any time
- Turn sharing of your brokerage terms on or off in Settings
- Export your data while your subscription is active
- Ask us to delete your account and the information in it
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
Depending on where you live, including if you're a California resident, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
To exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@netafterclose.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request, and we will consider and respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for making a request.
Nevada residents: we don't sell covered information. If you'd like to send an opt-out request anyway, email support@netafterclose.com.
Cookies
We use cookies only for essential functions: keeping you signed in and keeping the app secure. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't track you across other websites.
The app also keeps a copy of your data in your own browser so it loads quickly.
Children
NetAfterClose is a business tool and isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a significant change, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
