NetAfterClose Disclaimer

Effective date: September 12, 2026

NetAfterClose is a software product of Logic Ledgers LLC.

It's a tool, not advice. NetAfterClose helps you record your transactions and see what you keep. Nothing it produces is tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Decisions about your taxes, your brokerage agreement, or your business should be made with a qualified tax professional or attorney who knows your situation.

Results depend on what you enter. Every number NetAfterClose shows is calculated from the information you provide. If a split, cap, fee, sale price, or date is entered incorrectly, the results will be wrong. Review your entries against your closing statements.

Brokerage settings are starting points. Commission splits, caps, franchise fees, and transaction fees are negotiated individually and differ by agent, office, and year. Any brokerage presets in NetAfterClose are common starting points meant to be adjusted — they are not verified terms, and NetAfterClose does not know the terms of your agreement with your brokerage.

Your official records govern. Your brokerage's commission statements, your closing documents, and your tax filings are the authoritative record of your income. NetAfterClose is meant to help you understand and plan around those records, not replace them.

No brokerage affiliation. NetAfterClose is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brokerage, franchise, or real estate association, and any brokerage names appearing in the app are used only to identify common commission structures.

Estimates and projections. Any projection, comparison, or what-if figure is a hypothetical illustration based on your inputs and assumptions. It is not a prediction, guarantee, or promise of future earnings.
